It wasn't raining, it's just the view across a fountain.
This is from a square near downtown, not that big but pretty nice to spend a few minutes relaxing by the fountain.

Esta foto es de una plaza cerca del centro, no muy grande pero muy agradable para pasar algunos minutos cerca de la fuente.

It does look like a sudden downpour. I like the effect.
Just imagine running through that on a hot summer's day, not that we get them.
