The ad at the back is for Sorteo Tec, which is a lottery organized by the Tec de Monterrey (one of the biggest private colleges in Mexico).
This loterry, beside of having huge prizes, is used as a fundraiser to have the money required to fund scholarships, improve the buildings in campus or build new ones, among others.
El anuncio en el fondo es para el Sorteo Tec, que es un sorteo organizado por el Tec de Monterrey (una de las universidades privadas más grandes en México).
Este sorteo, aparte de tener grandes premios, es usado para reunir fondos y tenerlos disponibles para becas, mejorar edificios del campus o construir nuevos, entre otros.
